Cushman & Wakefield seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and vendor management operations across a client's portfolio of real estate facilities throughout the United States. This full-time position, offering compensation between $106,250 and $125,000 annually, provides the opportunity to drive procurement excellence while managing relationships with key stakeholders in a client-facing environment.

About This Position

As our Procurement Manager, you'll oversee all sourcing strategy and contract operations serving a major client's multi-site real estate portfolio. Your work spans supplier selection and relationship building, cost optimization initiatives, and compliance with company procurement standards. You'll act as a key bridge between our client, internal teams, vendors, and corporate leadership, requiring both strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management. Reporting to our Division Procurement Director, you'll drive process improvements and deliver measurable value across the account.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all procurement activities and vendor relationships across the client account portfolio
  • Execute supplier consolidation strategies and support community vendor initiatives
  • Design and launch procurement programs, conduct supplier performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop complex eRFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Interpret agreements, prepare amendments, coordinate statements of work, and maintain contract archives
  • Advise leadership on contractual rights, escalations, and legal compliance matters
  • Build and manage tracking systems that generate reporting outputs meeting client requirements
  • Establish and monitor internal controls and compliance procedures for all service contracts
  • Apply Cushman & Wakefield procurement methodologies, tools, and templates aligned with corporate and client standards
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with expertise and professionalism
  • Identify and resolve vendor performance and quality issues affecting client operations
  • Supervise a Procurement Coordinator and contribute to their professional development
  • Leverage AI-powered procurement and contract management platforms to identify insights and recommend strategic initiatives
  • Produce regular reports and analytics as requested by the client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related functions, preferably serving the facility services industry
  • Proficiency with digital procurement tools including e-RFP platforms, reverse auction systems, e-catalogs, and contract management software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract law with ability to draft, negotiate, and explain complex agreements to non-legal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities; experience analyzing procurement metrics, vendor performance data, and cost drivers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Self-directed approach to problem-solving and initiative-taking
