About the Role

As a Senior Production Supervisor on our third shift, you'll oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time leadership position requires hands-on management of production teams, coordination with cross-functional departments, and accountability for meeting production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols during overnight hours in Auburn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production floor operations during the third shift, ensuring all work is completed safely and on schedule
• Supervise, train, and mentor production team members to meet performance expectations and behavioral standards
• Monitor product quality and identify process improvements to reduce defects and waste
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues
• Track and report on production metrics, labor utilization, and shift performance
• Troubleshoot equipment and workflow problems to minimize downtime

Who We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments
• Strong ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and maintain discipline during third shift
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work through the night and maintain alertness and focus
• Proficiency with production planning systems and reporting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or operations management experience preferred
