About the Role
We're seeking dedicated educational support professionals to work alongside teachers and school teams in our Rolling Meadows location and surrounding Cook County schools. As a Para or RBT with Kreyco, you'll play a direct role in fostering positive learning environments and helping students reach their academic, social, and behavioral goals. This part-time position offers meaningful work that transforms young people's educational experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support classroom instruction under teacher direction and supervision
- Assist students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs
- Implement evidence-based behavior support strategies and positive reinforcement
- Help create inclusive, welcoming learning environments
- Monitor and document student progress, engagement, and behavior
- Communicate with teachers, specialists, and family members about student needs
- Support students during instructional time, transitions, and social-emotional activities
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Genuine passion for supporting K-12 students and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, reliability, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school professionals
- For RBT applicants: current BACB certification or commitment to pursuing certification
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities a plus
