Role Overview
We are seeking a driven BDR Manager to lead and scale a Business Development Representative (BDR) team across EMEA and ANZ. This role focuses on hunting new opportunities and generating high-quality pipeline for Cority’s full product suite. Reporting to the VP, Sales Development, you will be responsible for coaching and developing high-performing BDRs while building a team that develops genuine commercial and sales acumen.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coach and develop high-performing BDRs in EMEA and ANZ
- Build a team with strong commercial and sales acumen
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure outbound and inbound motions are aligned, data-driven, and scalable across diverse markets and time zones
- Regularly present in-office presence to build team knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and support ongoing development of the BDR team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of EHS+ solutions and their application across environmental management, employee health, safety, quality, and sustainability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in diverse markets and time zones is beneficial
