What This Role Involves
In this role at Flix, you will join our high-impact team Orion – Supply Division and contribute to the future of mobility operations. You'll take full ownership in developing and continuously evolving a mature, stable product while tackling complex architectural challenges, reducing manual processes, and exploring AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a distributed, self-organized cross-functional team to develop and maintain critical products at the heart of Flix's ecosystem.
- Take ownership in product and technical decisions that directly impact the business.
- Work on backend development using Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Kafka, and databases like MongoDB (DocumentDB), MySQL / Postgres (RDS), Redis (Elasticache).
- Leverage cloud services such as AWS, S3, DevOps/Infrastructure tools including Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab CI, Terraform.
- Implement microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed system design.
