Position Summary

The Andaz Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) is seeking a seasoned Hospitality Sales Director to lead all selling activities for the hotel and maximize revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, CRM management, and building strong partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality industry.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns for corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage a team of sales professionals and ensure their performance aligns with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• A strong network in the hospitality sector, both locally and internationally.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting in-person and virtually.
• Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
