Position Summary

We are seeking a Data Partnerships Lead to spearhead and expand our Data Partnerships team. This role involves developing strategies to unlock new revenue opportunities by integrating operational workflow data for AI training and evaluation. You will craft the overarching strategy for identifying and nurturing partnership opportunities, oversee key relationships with strategic partners, and develop scalable processes and playbooks.

Core Duties

• Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring and growing Data Partnerships.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Data Partnerships Managers.
• Create pipeline generation strategies, outbound motions, and partnership playbooks that can be scaled across industries.
• Directly manage relationships with high-value partner companies and executive stakeholders.
• Counsel the team on discovery, qualification, negotiation, and consultative partnership development.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for assessing partnership opportunities and prioritizing the most impactful companies.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to enhance onboarding and partner experience.
• Create reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to continuously improve acquisition efforts.
• Influence pricing, partnership structures, commercial strategy, and market positioning.
• Cultivate a culture of execution, customer obsession, and continuous improvement within the team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales teams in high-growth environments.
• A track record of establishing repeatable partnership or commercial acquisition programs from scratch.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing team members effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and prioritize them based on impact.
• Outstanding relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams towards common goals.
