What This Role Involves

The sales team at Justworks is responsible for expanding our customer base while driving revenue and growth. As an Account Executive in-territory in the SF/Bay Area, you will manage your own book of business, build and maintain a full end-to-end sales pipeline, conduct market research, prospect to close deals, and meet or exceed your quotas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline and all supporting activities
• Prospect to close deals in the SF/Bay Area territory
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas
• Establish a presence in your territory through market research, developing a marketing and networking plan for reaching the entrepreneur community in your market
• Foster relationships with existing customers and create new ones
• Negotiate contracts and close deals

Requirements

• Data-driven mindset and ability to iterate on strategies
• Experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the startup or HR industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
