About the Role
SARRC is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Individual Giving Manager to power our mission of advancing research and providing lifelong support for individuals with autism and their families. In this role, you will lead high-impact strategy across two vital funding streams: mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow mid-level and legacy/gift giving programs
- Evaluate and enhance donor engagement initiatives, ensuring a personalized approach for all donors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts into overall organizational goals
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize fundraising campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in individual giving or related field
- Strong understanding of mid-level and legacy/gift giving practices
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Data-driven decision making with a focus on results
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in donor database management and reporting
