Core Duties

• Design and run individual donor acquisition and retention programmes that increase and broaden participating supporters
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing activity that raises institute recognition and shares research progress with clinical, community and public groups
• Coordinate campaign messaging so that fundraising goals and brand visibility reinforce one another
• Track results from personal giving and promotional initiatives, adjusting approaches to improve reach and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent storytelling around medical research impact
• Report progress and opportunities to leadership so resources support continued expansion of individual support

What You Bring
