The Opportunity
Anomali is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our US Customer Success team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers throughout their adoption journey—from onboarding to full production use. You will leverage your technical expertise and executive presence to build lasting relationships with analysts, directors, and CISOs. As an advocate, you will guide customers through their maturity journey, solve issues, and help them achieve their security operations and threat intelligence goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Promote the adoption of Anomali's Intelligence-Native Agentic SOC Platform by providing technical advice to ensure effective use.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including analysts, directors, and CISOs.
- Own the cadence of QBRs/EBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews/Executive Briefing Reviews) to turn technical wins into renewed and expanded business opportunities.
- Use your deep technical fluency to solve issues and support customers in achieving their security operations and threat intelligence goals.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in SIEM/Security Analytics, including CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) and SecOps.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- A proven track record of driving customer success through technical support and strategic guidance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for customers.
