Core Duties

• Design and coordinate engagement initiatives that address real team needs and organizational priorities in 2 Locations
• Collect and interpret feedback from surveys, listening sessions, and informal channels to surface themes and opportunities
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans for managers and senior stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and discussion sessions that build awareness of engagement principles
• Track key engagement indicators and prepare concise progress reports that demonstrate impact
• Collaborate with internal partners to embed engagement practices into everyday people processes
• Stay current on proven approaches to culture, recognition, and employee experience so advice remains relevant

What You Bring

• Hands-on background in employee engagement, culture work, or related people-strategy activities
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and turn it into practical insights
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills that allow you to lead productive conversations at every level
• Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to decision makers in a clear, constructive way
• Working knowledge of common engagement frameworks and measurement practices
