The Fit4Less Manager of Operations - Ontario (Toronto/GTA based) position at Goodlifefitness centres on providing senior operational leadership for the full Ontario territory, with the role based in Toronto and the GTA. You will ensure smooth, consistent execution across multiple sites through strategic direction, hands-on support, and close collaboration with local leaders. The work combines high-level planning with daily accountability for standards, efficiency, and results, making it well suited to candidates who excel at multi-site coordination and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and refine operational processes for Fit4Less sites across Ontario while working from a Toronto/GTA base.
• Track key performance indicators and implement targeted plans that lift results and maintain standards.
• Coach and support location managers so teams apply best practices consistently and develop strong capability.
• Allocate resources, oversee budgets, and control costs to keep day-to-day operations efficient and sustainable.
• Uphold policy, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at every site under the manager’s remit.
• Lead efficiency projects that streamline workflows and reduce operational friction.
• Act as the escalation contact for complex issues and work across departments to achieve shared goals.
• Produce clear operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership review on a regular cycle.

Requirements

• Solid prior experience in operations management, preferably covering multiple locations or receptors.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams toward measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, surface trends, and guide decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Willingness and capacity to travel regularly throughout Ontario from a Toronto base.
• Comfort with budget oversight, resource planning, and financial tracking tools.
• High initiative, adaptability, and resilience when managing competing priorities.
