What You'll Do

• Direct operations strategies and execution for commercial construction projects across Nashville and surrounding areas
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to drive accountability and professional development
• Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across all operations
• Monitor operational metrics, identify process improvements, and drive continuous enhancement

• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to align operational excellence with delivery goals
