Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately take orders and process transactions
• Prepare coffee, bagels, and menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your work area
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle payments correctly
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet service demands
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow all health codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
