Role Overview

As a Team Member with Coffeeandbagelbrands, you'll be the face of our operation—greeting customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining the standards that keep guests coming back. This is a full-time position in a collaborative kitchen and counter environment where your contribution directly impacts the daily experience of every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Prepare bagels, espresso drinks, coffee, and other menu items with attention to detail and consistency
• Operate the register, process payments accurately, and handle daily cash procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, kitchen, and customer-facing areas throughout your shift
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed
• Open and close the store according to company procedures and standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer volume during peak times
• Follow all food safety and health code requirements consistently

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to showing up ready to work
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and safety practices
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a warm kitchen environment
• Previous customer service or food service experience is valued but not required
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
