Atriumhospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our team in Richardson, TX on a full-time basis. This is a critical leadership role for a professional who can bridge communication and cultural understanding while managing all aspects of human resources operations.

Role Overview

As a Bilingual Human Resources Manager at our Richardson, TX location, you'll lead comprehensive HR initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will be essential in fostering an inclusive workplace and ensuring effective communication across our diverse team. You'll partner with management to develop and implement strategic HR policies while maintaining a positive, collaborative company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard employees while ensuring compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management coaching
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave of absence processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs on workplace policies, safety, and professional development
  • Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database systems
  • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish for employee communications, documentation, and interactions
  • Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 3–5 years of human resources management experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
