Position Summary

As a Machine Operator Stuffer in our New London facility, you'll operate specialized stuffing machinery to process and prepare skinless raw products for our production lines. This 1st shift role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and quality standards that define Tysonfoods' operations. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and consistent performance directly impact production success.

What You'll Do

• Operate stuffing machinery and related equipment with precision and reliability
• Monitor production runs and ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work station following all safety regulations
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product consistency
• Follow all food safety protocols and company safety procedures

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Reliable attendance and punctual 1st shift commitment

• Prior manufacturing or food processing experience a plus, but not required
