Role Overview

As a warehouse operations team member at our Tyler facility, you'll be part of the backbone that keeps Target running smoothly. Your day will involve receiving shipments, sorting merchandise, picking orders, and ensuring accuracy at every step. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency directly impact our ability to serve guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Sort, organize, and store inventory according to warehouse systems
• Pick and pack orders for shipment with accuracy and speed
• Use warehouse equipment and technology to scan items and verify inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily objectives
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule with flexibility as needed
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation to our Tyler location
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
