About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Leader- Talent to partner with store management and drive operational excellence at International Plaza. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. This is an ideal opportunity to grow your leadership skills while making a real impact on the store's success and your team's development.
Core Duties
- Support the leadership team in managing team scheduling, training, and professional development
- Execute daily store operations including opening, closing, and shift management
- Maintain customer service excellence and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- Manage point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Identify high-potential team members and support their career growth
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of retail or hospitality management experience
- Natural leader with strong communication and coaching abilities
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for service excellence
- Comfortable with POS systems and inventory management tools
- Reliable team player with flexibility for full-time retail schedules
