About the Role

As an Ambulatory Technician - Eastside Float, you'll be the backbone of our outpatient operations, ensuring patient safety and clinical efficiency. You'll work across multiple locations in our ambulatory network, supporting providers and patients through every step of their care experience—from arrival through treatment and follow-up—while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Register patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare individuals for clinical encounters
• Assist clinical and nursing staff with patient care procedures and clinical support
• Maintain clean, organized, and equipment-ready clinical spaces
• Document patient interactions and clinical activities accurately
• Answer patient questions and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Adapt to float assignments across designated ambulatory care locations as needed
• Follow all infection control, safety, and privacy protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current state certification or licensure as required (Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or similar credential preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
• Flexibility and reliability for rotating locations
