Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Register patients, verify insurance information, and update medical records
• Obtain patient vital signs and initial health assessments
• Prepare examination rooms with appropriate equipment and supplies
• Assist physicians during gynecological and obstetric examinations and procedures
• Collect and process laboratory specimens and perform routine testing
• Administer medications and injections under clinical supervision
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-up communications
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant clinical experience
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
