Operations Project Manager

Wabtec is seeking a full-time Operations Project Manager to join our Duncan, SC team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key operational initiatives that drive manufacturing excellence and business success.

The Operations Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery while coordinating across departments to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee operational projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, quality, and supply chain
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or operational performance
• Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or operations management experience
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
