The Opportunity
Continental is seeking a talented Industrial Engineering Intern to support our production operations in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to understand real-world manufacturing challenges, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and gain practical insight into how leading automotive suppliers operate at scale. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing production workflows and identifying efficiency improvements
- Support the collection and analysis of manufacturing data to inform process decisions

- Help monitor quality metrics and production targets on the shop floor
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with production and engineering teams
