Senior Solutions Engineer

This full-time position is based in the United States, where you'll guide financial institutions through integrating crypto and stablecoin solutions that power millions of transactions globally.

Role Overview

You'll occupy a critical seat at the intersection of customer success, technological implementation, and market innovation. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you function as the trusted technology partner for brokerages, trading firms, fintechs, and major financial institutions evaluating and deploying on Zero Hash's comprehensive platform. Your expertise will directly influence customer adoption, determine integration success, and shape how the world's leading financial brands—including Morgan Stanley, Interactive Brokers, and BlackRock—build their digital asset offerings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Master Zero Hash's complete product ecosystem—trading APIs, settlement infrastructure, tokenization capabilities, and institutional-grade integrations—and establish yourself as the go-to technical expert.
• Lead hands-on discovery conversations and architecture design sessions with prospective customers, translating business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations that show customers exactly how Zero Hash's REST APIs, FIX protocol connectivity, and trading workflows solve their specific operational challenges.
• Own technical troubleshooting across complex, multi-system integrations; identify blockers and accelerate customers from evaluation through production launch.
• Synthesize customer integration feedback and technical constraints into structured product guidance for Zero Hash's Engineering and Product teams.
• Collaborate continuously with Sales, Relationship Management, and post-sales teams to sustain customer momentum from pilot through scale.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical customer engagement in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Technical Account Management roles.
• Proven track record supporting market infrastructure, trading platforms, brokerages, exchanges, or crypto infrastructure products in production.
• Practical expertise with FIX protocol and FIX-based system integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, distributed system design, and API integration patterns.
• Real-world experience troubleshooting technical issues across interconnected financial systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one runtime environment (Python, JavaScript, or Go).
• Outstanding communication skills: ability to present complex technical concepts to C-suite and engineering audiences alike.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a rapid-iteration environment.
