Merchant KYB Support Associate

Join Wolt in Poland as a Merchant KYB Support Associate on a part-time basis. This is a fixed-term, 3-month role where you'll play a key part in helping merchants complete their Know Your Business verification, a critical step in keeping our platform secure and compliant across all markets where we operate.

What This Role Involves

Merchant verification is at the heart of maintaining trust and regulatory compliance across Wolt's global operations. In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact between Wolt and our merchant partners, guiding them through the Know Your Business documentation process. Working 20 hours per week, you'll develop valuable hands-on experience in operations, compliance, and merchant relations while contributing directly to a project that impacts our entire merchant community.

Core Duties

• Reach out to merchants using email, phone calls, and other approved channels to initiate the KYB verification process
• Communicate the importance of Know Your Business documentation for regulatory compliance and platform integrity
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on which documents merchants must submit
• Assist merchants in understanding submission methods and navigating the online portal
• Send reminder communications to merchants who haven't yet completed their documentation
• Review submitted materials to confirm completeness and adherence to basic standards
• Identify and document any gaps, illegible files, or discrepancies for the appropriate teams
• Use internal platforms to monitor progress and maintain current merchant information

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Polish
• Strong ability to engage merchants effectively via email, phone, and written communication
• Talent for translating complex operational processes into clear, actionable instructions
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Demonstrated competence managing documentation and structured information systems
• Reliability in adhering to established procedures and compliance requirements
