What You'll Do

• Establish and articulate the product vision and roadmap for our emerging mobile applications
• Oversee integration and user experience coherence across our mobile application suite
• Develop systems and processes designed to eliminate friction and increase product delivery speed
• Partner with colleagues in Engineering, Design, Growth, Data, and Finance to execute strategic initiatives
• Employ structured experimentation and rigorous data analysis to validate key decisions
• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executive and board-level leadership
• Build a culture of ownership and accountability, with clear responsibility for measurable business results

Who We're Looking For

• Significant background in senior product management, ideally having led mobile products or managed multi-product portfolios
• Demonstrated capability to perform excellently within conditions of ambiguity and continuous change
• Combination of strong product instinct and rigorous analytical and quantitative ability
• Proven track record building effective partnerships across technical, design, commercial, and operational teams
• Ability to recognise market gaps and develop products from conception through successful scaling
• Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated capacity to influence across an organisation at all levels
• Substantial knowledge of mobile application design patterns, user experience best practices, and contemporary mobile product development
