About This Position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and discovery to identify needs, workflows, and pain points across different customer segments
• Design interfaces and interaction models that serve complex, multi-role environments
• Develop and refine design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with product strategy and technical constraints
• Test, validate, and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data

What We're Looking For

• Strong product design portfolio with evidence of Web application experience
• Genuine curiosity about user behavior and proven ability to conduct meaningful research
• Track record designing interfaces for multi-user systems or platforms serving varied use cases
• Comfort operating in uncertain environments and collaborating across disciplines
• Systems-level thinking with attention to how designs scale and adapt over time
