Position Summary
Retention is about more than keeping customers—it's about growing their value and satisfaction. As a Customer Retention Specialist at Jobgether, you'll take ownership of programs designed to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Your work will span analytics, campaign design, and iterative testing, all aimed at strengthening the bond between customers and our product. You'll operate at the intersection of data and creativity, using behavioural insights to craft communications and experiences that resonate with different customer segments throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine customer activity and engagement patterns to uncover what drives loyalty and what signals churn risk.
- Design segment-specific campaigns and initiatives that address customer needs at different stages of their journey.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate retention strategies before rolling them out at scale.
- Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans that reinforce value and keep customers engaged.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to implement retention improvements across the platform.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine tactics based on learnings and changing customer behaviour.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Strong ability to interpret data and translate trends into actionable retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing campaigns across email, in-app, or other customer channels.
- Comfort running experiments and testing hypotheses to optimise customer experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across functions to achieve shared goals.
