Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that engineering teams can implement
• Partner with stakeholders, development teams, and third-party collaborators to define clear success criteria and delivery timelines
• Contribute to system architecture design and participate in decisions that shape long-term technical direction
• Support the delivery of new products and services from conception through launch and optimization
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements across the product lifecycle
• Document requirements, design decisions, and testing protocols to ensure alignment across teams
• Facilitate communication between non-technical and technical stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and drive consensus
