About This Position

As a Sales Representative at Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc, you'll work directly with customers to understand their financial needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions. This customer-facing role combines inbound and outbound customer interaction, where you'll ask meaningful follow-up questions, address customer concerns, and help people make informed decisions about financial services. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through phone and in-person conversations to assess their financial situations
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and guide solution selection
• Address customer objections and concerns in a professional, solution-focused manner
• Conduct outbound customer outreach activities to expand your customer base
• Maintain a positive attitude and remain engaged even when facing customer hesitation or rejection
• Work toward individual and team performance goals in a structured environment

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to personal transportation
• Ability to work a 40-hour week including Saturday shifts
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in customer service, sales, or collections
• Strong communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and incorporate feedback

Time off includes two weeks of paid vacation, six paid holidays, two additional paid-time-off days, and five sick days annually. You'll work Monday through Saturday (10am–6pm weekdays, 9am–1pm Saturday) with every Sunday off for consistent personal time.
