As Shift Supervisor, you're the driving force behind your café's momentum. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations by monitoring café traffic, delegating tasks strategically, and providing constructive feedback to keep the team focused and energized
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards through checklists and task monitoring systems; document and report any issues promptly
• Train and develop team members using our structured approach: building knowledge, hands-on practice, and validation of skills
• Model exceptional guest service and handle in-store feedback with professionalism and care
• Track sales performance throughout your shift and guide the team in meeting commercial goals

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality, food service, or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to remain composed and lead effectively under pressure
• Genuine enthusiasm for people, service quality, and continuous personal growth
• Proactive, hands-on style with a team-centered mindset
• Minimum age 18; capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and safely handling sharp tools and hot equipment
