Graphic Designer – Motion Designer

Blueprint Technologies is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer – Motion Designer for a full-time position in Redmond, WA. You'll craft high-impact motion graphics and video content that engage customers, showcase products, and drive marketing impact across digital channels.

About the Role

As our Motion Designer, you'll produce compelling video and motion graphics content that transforms product narratives and creative concepts into engaging visual experiences. Working across customer-facing, marketing, and social media initiatives, you'll combine technical proficiency in video production with strong visual design skills to deliver polished assets under tight deadlines. This role demands expertise in motion design, video editing, and brand-aligned creative execution while managing concurrent projects and coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual treatments that support marketing campaigns, social media content, product demonstrations, and customer engagement
• Edit raw footage, screen captures, and recorded materials into finished video assets with effects, color correction, typography, timing, and audio synchronization
• Develop visual content that balances creative storytelling with accessibility and clarity, ensuring consistency with brand standards
• Deliver finished assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms for publication and stakeholder review
• Manage file organization, version control, production schedules, and project workflows across multiple concurrent assignments
• Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and business teams to understand project goals, provide creative input, and deliver on timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional background in motion design, video editing, or digital content creation
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Practical expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, video editing, visual storytelling, and polished production execution
• Proven track record creating motion and video content for marketing, social media, product-focused, or customer-facing initiatives
• Strong grasp of motion design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, pacing, timing, and brand consistency
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting production deadlines
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
