About This Position

Trilongroup is hiring a Roadway Project Manager to lead significant roadway development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with genuine interest in roadway engineering and a thorough understanding of how transportation projects develop across Florida. You'll manage important initiatives for county and municipal clients as well as state transportation departments. Throughout each project—from early concept work to final delivery—you'll play a central role in ensuring successful execution. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Core Duties

• Direct the planning, design, and delivery of roadway projects for government and transportation agencies
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, planners, and technical specialists
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources from inception through completion
• Serve as primary liaison with county, municipal, and state transportation clients, including FDOT
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reports
• Manage coordination with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet Florida's transportation standards and compliance requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven project management background with roadway or transportation infrastructure experience
• Thorough understanding of Florida's roadway project development process
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills
• Strong communication abilities for working with diverse client groups
• Solid grasp of transportation design and infrastructure principles
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
