Performance Marketing Lead (Malaysia)

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join PRISM+ in Bukit Jalil, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in a full-time capacity. You'll drive data-led marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results across our digital channels.

Position Summary

As Performance Marketing Lead, you'll own the development and execution of our performance marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and return on ad spend. You'll work across paid search, social media, display advertising, and emerging digital channels to build scalable, efficient marketing programmes. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, requiring both analytical rigour and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, social advertising, display, affiliate, and email)
• Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimise targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve KPIs
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast spend, and deliver campaigns within approved financial parameters
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and landing pages
• Build and report on key performance indicators; communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, product, and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging channels to identify opportunities for growth

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related role
• Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or equivalent platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets and basic analytics tools
• Knowledge of conversion optimisation principles, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
