About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Van Driver to manage daily delivery routes across Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas. You will operate our delivery vehicles, ensuring parcels and goods arrive safely and on schedule. This role combines hands-on driving with customer interaction, requiring both technical vehicle expertise and a genuine commitment to service excellence. The position offers structured working hours with a full-time permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery van safely and efficiently along assigned routes within Kota Kinabalu
• Load and unload packages whilst maintaining vehicle safety and cargo security
• Ensure timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Provide professional customer service and handle enquiries with courtesy
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly delivery targets

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian Class 2 driving licence (or relevant equivalent)
• Minimum two years' experience as a delivery driver or similar driving role
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Strong knowledge of Kota Kinabalu roads and local geography
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to lift and carry parcels of varying weights safely
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Basic proficiency in Malay and English communication
