• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external project meetings and events
• Support in the preparation and analysis of project-related data and reports
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes
• Help in the tracking and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables
• Assist in the management of project documentation and knowledge management systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
