About the Role

The Inventory and Returns Executive role at PRISM+ is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely management of inventory and returns. This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of spare parts from receipt to dispatch, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing delays in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking to prevent shortages and overstocking
• Process returns and repairs efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory and procurement
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
