PRISM+ is recruiting a Flooring Consultant and Sales Executive to lead confidential project opportunities across Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role combining strategic sales development with consultative client engagement in the premium flooring sector.

The Opportunity

You will drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing key accounts across Singapore's residential and commercial flooring markets. Working on high-profile confidential projects, you will position flooring solutions, guide clients through selection and specification, and close deals whilst building lasting professional relationships. This role demands consultative selling expertise and the discretion required for sensitive client assignments.

Core Duties

  • Identify and qualify prospects through prospecting, referrals, and market analysis
  • Conduct site assessments and consultations to understand client needs and project specifications
  • Present flooring solutions with tailored recommendations aligned to budget and design intent
  • Negotiate contracts, manage terms, and close sales across the pipeline
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communication records
  • Coordinate with installation and delivery teams to ensure project completion and client satisfaction
  • Track competitor offerings and market conditions to refine sales approach

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B or consultative sales experience in flooring, materials, or construction
  • Deep product knowledge of flooring types, installation methods, and durability standards
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
  • Self-directed and target-focused, with track record of exceeding sales goals
  • CRM proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Local market knowledge of Singapore's building and design sectors is advantageous
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
