Technical Operations Lead

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Technical Operations Lead in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan to drive operational excellence across our technical infrastructure and systems. About the Role

As Technical Operations Lead, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of our technical operations framework. You'll take ownership of systems availability, performance monitoring, and incident response protocols whilst building a high-performing operations team. This position sits at the intersection of technology and business continuity, requiring both technical depth and strategic leadership to ensure seamless service delivery across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technical operations team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and incident management procedures to maximise system reliability
• Oversee day-to-day operations including infrastructure management, server administration, and network operations
• Coordinate with engineering, development, and business teams to align technical operations with organisational goals
• Implement operational best practices, automation, and tooling to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Manage technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge resources for operational consistency
• Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews to prevent future service disruptions
• Budget and resource planning for operational needs and technology investments

What You Bring

• 5+ years of technical operations, systems administration, or infrastructure management experience
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams or taking on supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, server administration, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with monitoring tools, logging platforms, and incident management systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualisation, or containerised environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with operational best practices
