Prime System Solutions is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site position for a detail-oriented professional who can drive measurable business results through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Lahore to lead our digital marketing efforts and optimise campaign performance across multiple channels. In this role, you'll combine analytical thinking with creative strategy to maximise return on investment and achieve measurable business objectives. You'll be instrumental in building our performance marketing programme from strategy through execution.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across search, social media, display, and other performance channels
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse performance data, and prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting parameters, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate clear ROI for all marketing spend
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend data-backed optimisations to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with design, creative, and product teams to develop compelling campaign assets
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy refinement

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and similar tools
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrating campaign ROI
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimisation principles
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data and metrics
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate findings to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
