MTO – HR

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for our Human Resources department in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Position Summary

As an MTO in Human Resources at Prime System Solutions, you will support the delivery of core HR functions while building foundational expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This role bridges business needs with employee satisfaction, combining administrative efficiency with strategic HR thinking. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining practical insight into how modern HR practices drive organisational success.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process, including job posting coordination, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation programmes, and administrative documentation
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation systems
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate processing
• Support the design and delivery of HR policies, training programmes, and employee development initiatives
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide front-line support to employees
• Contribute to HR projects and special initiatives as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all organisational levels
• Proficiency with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of Pakistani employment law and HR best practices
• Eagerness to learn and develop your HR career within a structured trainee programme
• Reliability and a professional approach to confidential employee information
