The Opportunity

As a Refrigeration Boiler Technician, you'll be responsible for the reliable operation of refrigeration and boiler equipment critical to production. Working the 2nd shift, you'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to system issues, and help maintain the safety and compliance standards that keep our Eagle Grove facility running smoothly. This hands-on role offers the chance to build expertise in industrial refrigeration and steam systems while contributing to a well-established team.

Core Duties

• Operate, monitor, and maintain refrigeration systems and boilers according to established procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system failures
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements as needed to keep systems operational
• Maintain detailed logs of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support facility operations

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Prior experience operating or maintaining refrigeration and/or boiler systems
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret system diagrams and technical manuals
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and rotating schedules as needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
