Join Popmenu as an Account Executive in Seattle, Washington, and drive revenue growth for a leading restaurant technology platform. This is a full-time, remote position where you'll own client relationships, close enterprise deals, and expand our market presence.

About This Position

Popmenu is seeking an experienced Account Executive to build and scale our customer base. You'll work with restaurant operators, multi-unit franchisees, and hospitality groups to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how our technology drives growth. As an Account Executive in this role, you'll develop new business opportunities, move prospects through the sales cycle, and exceed revenue targets while building long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and your own career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with restaurant groups and hospitality operators
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and target high-value accounts
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that align our platform with client needs
• Build compelling proposals, manage negotiation, and close contracts in a competitive market
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity metrics in our CRM
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer transitions

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to hospitality, food service, or restaurant technology
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills—able to speak credibly with C-suite and operational leaders
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry or quick ability to become an expert is preferred
