About the Role

As an Event Technician, Audio-Visual, you'll manage the setup and seamless operation of audiovisual systems for intimate to mid-scale events in our hospitality setting. Working under the direction of our Operations Manager and Event Technology leadership, you'll ensure every presentation, reception, and gathering unfolds without technical glitches. Your expertise will be critical to delivering the polished, professional experience our clients expect.

What You'll Do

• Set up, test, and operate audiovisual equipment before and during events
• Execute flawless equipment operation to support event timelines and client needs
• Maintain full technical readiness and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction
• Document equipment status and maintain accurate setup logs
• Support the event operations team across multiple concurrent functions

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with audiovisual systems, projectors, sound, lighting, or video displays
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and position equipment safely
