Workplace Manager

Mirai Arabian International Company Limited is seeking an experienced Workplace Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will oversee all aspects of our workplace operations, facilities, and office environment to ensure a productive, safe, and welcoming space for our workforce.

About the Role

As Workplace Manager at Mirai Arabian International Company Limited, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our Riyadh office facilities, operations, and workplace services. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisational efficiency and employee experience across our workplace in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations, including office administration, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage facilities and maintenance coordination to ensure a safe, comfortable working environment
• Supervise vendor relationships and service contracts for office supplies, catering, and facility services
• Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations
• Monitor and manage the workplace budget and operational expenses
• Coordinate health, safety, and security measures across our Riyadh location
• Liaise between management and staff to address workplace concerns and optimise employee satisfaction
• Plan and organise company events and office space utilisation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workplace management, office administration, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and Saudi Arabian employment regulations
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office management software and systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
