Sales Manager

Pixlr Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing sales team whilst driving revenue growth for our dynamic organisation.

Position Summary

As Sales Manager at Pixlr Group, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the Subang Jaya area and beyond. You'll oversee day-to-day sales activities, develop business strategies that drive sustainable growth, and lead a dedicated sales team to exceed performance targets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership, requiring you to balance team development with direct client engagement and pipeline management.

Core Duties

• Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives for the Subang Jaya region and broader markets
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales with key clients
• Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and report on sales activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless customer delivery
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to inform strategic planning

• Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic mindset with analytical skills and comfort interpreting sales data
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Subang Jaya, Selangor market or willingness to develop local market knowledge
