Pixlr Group is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time opportunity to drive commercial growth and forge strategic partnerships in one of Asia's leading digital markets.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive at Pixlr Group in Singapore, you will identify and cultivate new business channels, explore market opportunities, and establish partnerships that accelerate our growth in the region. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating market insights into scalable revenue opportunities whilst building relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers genuine scope to shape business direction and make a measurable impact on company expansion.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments aligned with company strategy
• Develop and execute business development initiatives, including outreach, proposal development, and contract negotiation
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other key stakeholders in the Singapore market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify growth areas
• Track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and report on business development activity and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation and customer success
• Travel regionally when required to support business development objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, partnerships, or related commercial role, ideally in technology, digital services, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market, regional dynamics, and relevant industry landscape
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and forecasting outcomes
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally within the region
