About the Role
As Product Manager – Recruiting at Pierce Technology Corp, you'll drive the vision and execution of recruiting platform features that help teams source, evaluate, and hire top talent. You'll partner with recruiting professionals, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate recruiting workflows into scalable product solutions. This role requires you to deeply understand recruitment challenges, stay current with hiring trends, and ship products that meaningfully improve how our customers recruit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the recruiting product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Conduct research and gather feedback from recruiting users to identify pain points and opportunities
- Write detailed product requirements and specifications for recruiting features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to execute recruiting product initiatives
- Analyze recruiting product performance metrics and user data to inform decisions
- Prioritize recruiting features and manage the product development lifecycle
- Present recruiting product updates and strategy to leadership and cross-functional teams
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in recruiting, HR tech, or talent acquisition software
- Deep understanding of recruiting workflows, sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience shipping products end-to-end and working cross-functionally with engineering teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
