Role Overview
As Associate Director of Experiential Marketing, you'll shape how leading global brands and entertainment properties connect with audiences through innovative, high-impact B2B events and experiences. You'll work within Wasserman's brands and properties division, where the focus is driving business growth and building lasting partnerships between world-class rights holders and their most important stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning and execution of complex B2B events, sponsorship activations and experiential campaigns for premium brands and properties
- Manage stakeholder and client relationships throughout the event lifecycle, from initial brief through post-event analysis and reporting
- Oversee budgets, timelines and all logistical elements to ensure events deliver against agreed objectives and commercial targets
- Mentor and develop a small team of event coordinators and specialists, fostering collaborative creativity and high standards
- Measure and communicate event impact through data, analytics and ROI reporting that informs future strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, talent and business development teams to amplify brand presence and drive measurable results
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in experiential marketing, B2B events management or a related events role, with at least two years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder events from concept through delivery
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience working in sports, music or entertainment environments (or a closely related industry)
- Understanding of marketing disciplines and brand strategy as they apply to live experiences
- Excellent organisational abilities and comfort managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
